OK, so... I decided I want to learn to draw. I have done some "inking" on Facebook. For whoever doesn't know, it's basically just some photo manipulation and putting words (usually names) on them. I like it, but would rather be *making* the pictures, rather than changing them. I really want to do digital art, but figured I can't draw anything on my computer until I know how to draw something on paper. I tried starting somewhere in the middle with my mermaids. Not really working out; so I am starting with basics. Drawing balls, and other basic stuff is what I'm working on now. I am learning about shading, and light sources, and what different pencils do, lol. I didn't even know there was anything other than a number 2! I think I'm doing pretty well so far. Hopefully, sometime in the near future, I will be putting up real art; something that can be considered on the same level of some of the fantastic stuff I have seen on here.  I'll be uploading each day's "art" as I go. *Wish me luck!*
